As an Approved Regulatory Food Safety Auditor, John has a commonsense and practical approach ensuring the auditee knows exactly what part of the Legislation has been breached.

A member of numerous National working groups, his focus is to ensure food is safe and suitable for all consumers and that food handlers have the skills and knowledge required to do their job.
